KRAV MAGA AT EAST VALLEY JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER

The East Valley Jewish Community Center invited EVKM Chief Instructor Derrek Hofrichter to be the guest speaker at a recent Terrific Tuesdays event!

Instructor Derrek spoke about the history of Krav Maga, his visits to Israel to train in Krav Maga, and how everyone can take measures to defend themselves regardless of their age.

He was joined by Instructor Sara who demonstrated some defenses for common self defense attacks. Following the presentation, they did a Q&A session and a tour of the Community Center. 

The East Valley Jewish Community center is located in Chandler, Arizona, and their mission is to be a center for social, cultural and educational activities to engage families and individuals through Jewish values through their lifetime.
