At Krav Mama, Dr. Sara Ullenbruch-Zarezadeh, DPT, blends her experience as a mom, second-degree black belt and physical therapist to empower other mothers and moms-to-be through a class she created just for them.

Each 50-minute class is designed with three phases to maximize your time.
Striking
High-energy bag work focused on power, accuracy, and stress release. Learn sharp striking mechanics with modifications for pregnancy and postpartum bodies.
Self-Defense
Scenario-based training rooted in Krav Maga fundamentals. Practice situational awareness, boundary setting, and proven defenses against common threats.
Strength Training
Use bodyweight (and your baby if you like!) to build stability and injury-resistant strength alongside a physical therapist who specializes in functional performance.
